"He meditated and in his meditation, a mystical voice told him to go to Mount Agung and meet Naga."
There is an ancient story of a dragon known as the Naga. He lives on the volcano peaks of Bali, but at night will descend into the ocean to see his true love, the Pearl. In the morning, the Naga rises up from the water and flies back to his peak.
Rituals devoted to these supernatural beings have been taking place throughout south Asia for at least two thousand years. They bring rain, and thus symbolise fertility and prosperity, and are guardians of treasure.
The Naga ring is hand carved by our master carver Darma and finished by master goldsmith Pak Mus in 18k reclaimed gold with a trillion peridot.
Peridot green is the colour of nature, it is associated with harmony, good health, restful sleep, and peacefulness. Known as the stone of compassion, peridot calms anger by giving renewal to all things. When set in gold, this gem is said to protect the wearer from nightmares and worry.
